iOS Admin ("we", "us") operates the website iosadmin.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask for it to be deleted, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

1. What data we collect

Contact data: name, email address and phone number, provided voluntarily by you through our forms, on WhatsApp, or through Google ads.
Order data: delivery address and items purchased, when you buy from our shop.
Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and data collected by cookies, in aggregate form.

We do not collect sensitive data and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

2. Why we collect it

To reply to quote requests and questions about our services;
To process, ship and track shop orders;
To provide the technical support you have hired;
To meet legal, tax and contractual obligations;
To improve how the site works and measure how our ads perform.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.

3. Ad lead forms

When you fill in a form shown in our Google ads, the details you provide (name, email and phone number) are sent to us so we can contact you about your request. We use those details for that purpose only.

4. Sharing your data

We share data only with service providers needed to run the business, such as hosting platforms, payment processors, delivery services and advertising tools. These partners receive only what is essential to perform their service and are required to protect it. We may also disclose data when required by a competent authority or by law.
