These Terms govern the use of iosadmin.com and the purchase of iOS Admin's services. By using the site or hiring a service, you agree to what is written here.
1. Who we are
iOS Admin is a technology and digital services provider serving clients in Brazil. Official contact: [email protected] and the WhatsApp number shown on the site.
2. Services
We offer, among others: website development and maintenance, SEO and digital marketing, computer support, software services, AI services, and help with documents and digital operations. The exact scope of each job is agreed in writing, in the approved quote, before work starts.
3. Quotes and prices
Prices shown on the site are starting figures ("from") and serve as a reference. The final price depends on the agreed scope and is confirmed in the quote. Quotes are free and valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Payment
Payment terms are set in each quote. Unless agreed otherwise, development work begins after the quote is approved, and final publication follows settlement of the agreed amount.
5. Timescales
Stated timescales are good-faith estimates and depend on you supplying the required materials (text, images, access credentials, company information). Delays in supplying those materials shift the deadline by the same amount.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information and materials you have the right to use;
- Keep passwords and access credentials given to you confidential;
- Do not use our services for unlawful purposes or in ways that infringe the rights of others.
You are responsible for the content you give us, including copyright in any text and images you send.
7. Ownership of the work
Once payment is settled in full, the website or material produced is yours. Third-party tools, libraries and components remain subject to their own licences. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
8. Maintenance
Maintenance plans cover the updates described in the plan you hired. Changes outside that scope are quoted separately. Either side may cancel a plan with prior notice, with no penalty.
9. Hosting and third-party services
Hosting, domain, email, payment and similar services are provided by third parties and subject to their terms. We are not liable for downtime, data loss or policy changes by those companies.
10. Limitation of liability
We deliver our services with professional care, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as sales volume, search engine position, or return on advertising spend. Our liability, where it applies, is limited to the amount actually paid for the service in question. Nothing in these Terms removes rights guaranteed to consumers by the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
11. Cancellation
You may end an ongoing project at any time. In that case, the amount due corresponds to the work already carried out up to the date of the cancellation request.
12. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated. The date of the latest update is at the top of this page. Work already contracted follows the Terms in force on the date it was agreed.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. Consumer matters follow the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
